The website provides a portfolio, service descriptions, a gallery, sharing links and an email message builder. These features are free and do not require an account or login.
2. How to use the website
You need an internet-connected device and an up-to-date browser supporting HTML and CSS. JavaScript is needed for interactive features such as the gallery, mobile menu, CAPTCHA and form submission. With JavaScript disabled, content and the direct email address remain available. The form itself does not require an email app; an app is needed only for the direct mailto link.
Browsing starts when you open the website and ends when you leave it. This creates no subscription or obligation to order services. Providing unlawful content, infringing others' rights or compromising website security is prohibited.
3. Contact is not an order
The form requires your name or company name, email address and a message of 10–5000 characters. Once CAPTCHA is confirmed and you press the active “Send message” button, the server validates the data and passes the message on for sending. The form does not store enquiries in the website database or subscribe you to newsletters or marketing lists. Once an enquiry is accepted for sending, an automatic receipt is sent to the address provided, without a copy of the enquiry. Safeguards allow at most one confirmation attempt per address per day, with additional anti-spam limits. A confirmation failure does not invalidate successful acceptance of the enquiry. Passing a message to the sending service does not guarantee immediate delivery. If the form is inactive or shows an error, use the direct email address; you can also copy your prepared message.
No contract is concluded and no payment is made on this website. Before working together, we agree the scope, price, deadlines, revisions and design rights in a separate offer or contract. Service descriptions are an invitation to discuss a project, not a ready-made order.
4. Work and photographs
Projects, photographs, client trademarks and other materials are protected by the rights of their respective creators or owners. You may browse the portfolio and share links to its pages. Other use requires an appropriate legal basis or permission from the rights holder; this does not restrict legally permitted use.
Visualisations and mockups are labelled as proposed applications, and project photographs as documentation. Self-initiated concepts are not presented as implemented client work. Visible photographer credits remain part of the presentation.
5. Website problem or complaint?
Email bartlomiej.kempe@gmail.com. Include the page URL, a description of the problem and how to contact you; the browser name may help. Do not send passwords or login details. I will review a report about website features within 14 days of receipt. This does not limit your statutory rights.
The website may be temporarily unavailable during updates or outages. If the contact form does not work, use the direct email address.
6. Privacy and changes
Information about data processing is in the privacy policy, and browser storage information on the cookies. The current terms are available free of charge; you can save or print them from your browser. Changes do not affect separate project contracts already concluded.
